How would you describe your Fall/Winter 2021 collection?
After 5 years of research, Germanier finally succeeded to manufacture its innovative beads and silicone technic. Completely made out of waist, this collection proves that upcycling can be glamorous and desirable. Germanier AW21 also includes many pieces handknitted by Kévin’s grand mother from Switzerland. The result is a mix of savoir-faire and innovation.
What is the look or the piece that reflects the spirit of the season ?
The outfit that reflects the best the collection is the coral to lemon gradient handknitted 2 pieces look. It is also featuring my iconic beads and silicone technic. It is the perfect mix of my grandmother’s heritage and my innovative technic. Past meets Future.
What is the message you wanted to share with this collection?
I wanted to really have a strong and edited collection that reflects what Germanier stands for : sustainable glamour.
