LAST NIGHT ON THE TOWN IN PARIS

The first volume, “A NIGHT ON THE TOWN IN PARIS,” was launched at colette during the Haute Couture collections in January 2016. 

In 2021, photographer François Goizé compiled a new selection of favourite shots taken primarily between late 2015 through the eve of the first lockdown, in March 2020. This second volume of “LAST NIGHT ON THE TOWN IN PARIS”  features 182 photos taken at Paris fashion events for various publications (Vanity Fair, WWD, Vogue, and others) and for houses including Chanel, Fendi, LVMH and Kering.

Like an after-dark yearbook, it showcases a number of personalities from the worlds of fashion, music, luxury and art. A last dance before being thrust into a different way of life, this free-spirited, fun, and sometime quietly impertinent record of the “Before Times” features portraits, festive atmospheres and unique moments of complicity, caught on the fly and reconstituted as one unforgettable night in the City of Light.
