This years Spring Summer 2021 beauty trends to look out for were all about portraying the Parisian-chic effortless look and enhanced natural beauty. The running theme of inspiration behind these trends, were the expression of individuality and inclusivity, portraying the personality of the runway cast through these powerful and lively looks, complementing the avant-garde and impactful collections displayed. Once again, L’Oréal Paris brought its beauty expertise and product innovation to both iconic fashion houses and young emerging talents. From acclaimed fashion house Balmain, to street-couture-inspired Koché, as well as Mossi Traoré and his ethical high-end brand.

Y-PROJECT: GLOSSY BRITS POP
Plump glossy lips and high voltage, voluminous lashes combined to create the girlish allure for Y-project’s new season look. The collection’s joyous mood, and brightly-colored and bold silhouettes, allowed the diverse line-up of models to shine as individuals- just as the hydrating, natural base was tuned to each unique complexion.

KOCHÉ: SPORTY AND SLICK
The hair at Koché’s latest show in Paris offered up a powerful expression of inclusivity and individuality. The bold, rock ‘n roll look complemented the seasons sportswear inspired street couture. Slicked back from the face with gel and set with a satin shine, it added a cool and confident allure.

BALMAIN: PARISIAN CHIC
The look was an ode to the unwavering confidence of the iconic Parisian woman. The bold red lip and fresh-faced natural looking complexion were the finishing touches that completed Balmain’s audacious and glamorous new collection, celebrating women of all ages and backgrounds.

MOSSI: DESERT WIND
Nude tones inspired by the desert hues of the collection, luminous skin, strong eyebrows and larger-than-life lashes, reflected the season’s nomadic spirit and the idea of a woman who moves confidently throughout the world. The Mossi show at Paris Fashion Week celebrated a cast of diverse characters – authentic beauties who’s strong sense of self was enhanced by natural-looking hair and make-up.
