Smart Tech takes over the next Première Vision Paris show
From February 7th to 9th, Première Vision Paris will give pride of place to fashion tech in its new Smart Tech space, which is integrated into the Smart Creation universe.
Smart Creation: Innovation and eco-responsibility
Launched in 2017 and running twice a year in February and July, the Smart Creation area of the Parisian show brings together some 50 exhibitors selected for their expertise and commitment.
An area of more than 1300 m2 is entirely dedicated to innovation and eco-responsibility with the objective to promote responsible initiatives, eco-design, and cutting-edge technological solutions to advance alongside all the players in the industry towards the future of fashion. This is a fashion that is ever more intelligent and sustainable.
Smart Tech: The new area for digital fashion
In February, for the first time, the show is hosting a new area dedicated to digital and technological innovations that are supporting the textile industry’s sustainable transformation.
Over three days, 20 of the most advanced companies in their field will present their technological innovations: artificial intelligence, blockchain, traceability, material digitisation, stock management, cost or overproduction optimisation, 3D creation tools, trend data and more.
An animation zone in collaboration with IFTH
To further demonstrate the power of these innovations, an animation zone designed in collaboration with the French Institute of Textiles and Clothing will offer a three-day reconstruction of a fashion product digitisation chain – from the material digitisation to the finished product, including virtual prototyping and digital simulation on a product silhouette.
A half-day of Smart Tech round tables
On the second day of the show, Wednesday February 8th, from 2-6 pm, there will also be four conferences bringing together all the Smart Tech exhibitors. These will allow visitors to better understand the new challenges of digital fashion and while enriching their knowledge of products and industry innovations.
