Information
Born in Ishikawa, Japan raised in a fishing village facing the Sea of Japan, Shinpei Yamagishi, currently based in Tokyo has self-taught to create clothing, starting BED j.w. FORD in a small flat in 2010. His personal perspective that creates the unique “dressed-up” aesthetic debuted him on a runway show at Tokyo Fashion Week in 2016, leading to the invite as the guest designer for Adidas Originals at Pitti Uomo 94 in 2018, continuing on to showing at Milan Fashion week.
