Certificate of vigilance and social security contributions

In the case of a contract of at least €5000, the principal must ensure, every six months and until the end of the contract, that his co-contractor fulfils his reporting obligations and the payment of social security contributions. To do so, the contracting party must present the principal with a certificate of vigilance issued by URSSAF when the contract is concluded, and then every six months until the end of the contract.
The URSSAF specified that payment difficulties after March 1st and following the consequences of the health crisis do not prevent the delivery of this certificate.

Details and all the actions implemented by URSSAF are available on the following link.
