Exceptional purchasing bonus
As indicated at the beginning of April, the terms and conditions for the Macron bonus payment have been amended.
The Ministry of Labour has published a question-answer in order to detail these new modalities and provides in particular details on the new possibility of modulating the bonus taking into account working conditions, allowing companies to distinguish according to whether the employee works on site or is teleworking.
A few days ago, we informed you of the possibility, since Wednesday 15 April, for companies experiencing the most difficulties to apply to the Regions for additional aid of between 2,000 and 5,000 euros, depending on the size and financial situation of the company.

Companies in the fashion and luxury goods industry are joining forces within the “SAVOIR FAIRE ENSEMBLE” group to manufacture the essential products in the fight against Covid 19.

Decree No. 2020-441 of 17 April 2020 relating to the deadlines for the extension of branch agreements intended to deal with the economic, financial and social consequences of the spread of the covid-19 epidemic specifies the deadlines applicable, within the framework of the extension procedure, to collective branch agreements concluded until the expiry of the health emergency period extended by one month:
– the time period for seeking views when an extension order is being considered is reduced from 15 to 8 days; and
– the time limit for referring a matter to a group of experts from the publication of the extension notice is extended from one month to eight days.
